Are durations for the passes on consecutive days or can I use them any day I want to?

All durations noted in the passes are consecutive days (unless noted in the Pass' description.  You have the freedom to choose when to activate your pass, but once you do, you have consecutive days from that point.  Note:  a day is complete at 11:59 pm on any day.  Therefore, don't start using a pass late at night unless you can afford to give up that day.

Are children Free in museums?

Children under 18 are free at National sites and some other museums.  Of the 70+ sites in the Carte Musee program, about 38 are national monuments.  Some sites may require admission for children under 18, but usually you don't have to wait in line with passholders present.  There is no guarantee however.

Can I choose my own form of shipping?

Yes.  We prefer to be able to track every shipment from the departure to arrival on your doorstep.  This is to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Signatures will be required at delivery. EUROQUEST dba MUSEUMPASS.COM and it's affiliates, will not be held responsible for any packages lost.

IMPORTANT:  Orders are generally fulfilled on the same day of ordering - between 9AM to 4PM Eastern Standard Time.  Express orders (FEDEX) received after 2.30PM EST, or orders received over the weekend or during a holiday will be processed the next business day.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, WE SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD for a flat $30 shipping fee charged on top of the customer's shipping selection. SELECTING NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY FOR AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WILL NOT BE DELIVERED OVERNIGHT BUT WILL COVER THE COST FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

NOTE:  Some passes do not require shipping.  On some items, you may be able to print your own VOUCHERS and redeem them in Paris. Just select the PRINT VOUCHER option within the SHIPPING selection in the order form.  

   

What days are the museums open?

Mondays and Tuesdays are the most common days that a museum may be closed.  In your museum pass is a complete list of all the sites with each site's open hours, telephone number, and nearest metro stop.  This will allow you to plan in advance where to visit and when in order to see the most. 

What are the hours of the metro?

Approximately 5:00 am to Midnight daily.  This applies generally to the RER and buses as well.  Outside these hours, a taxi is recommended.  

How do I use my Visite Pass, and is the metro easy to use?

Instructions will come with your passes indicating how to use and validate the pass.  The Paris Metro is very easy to use and is quite extensive allowing visitors to get all around the city quickly.  And, it is fun and often animated on the metro.  Very few stations are considered unsafe, but prudence is always advised for travelers especially near popular sites as thieves can prey on people in crowded areas.  

What form of payment do you accept?

Note:  Pass orders are processed by Euroquest LLC-dba Museumpass ; AX, V, MC, Discover & Electronic-Checks accepted only.  All tours, transfers, shows and hotels processed by EUROQUEST LLC; all cards shown in the graphic are accepted.

All rates are per person in U.S. dollars, valid until December 31, of the current year.  Prices may vary due to fluctuation in the value of the U.S. dollar.  All pass orders are fulfilled and processed by a fulfillment house hired by EUROQUEST for this purpose.  A charge from Euroquest-
Museumpass will appear on your credit card statement. All tours, hotels, transfers, and shows are operated by third party IN-COUNTRY EXCURSIONISTS that we have selected and have been working with over the years.  All Excursions, sightseeing, Tours booked via our web sites and affiliate web sites will always generate a confirmation email and in most cases, the printing of a confirmation voucher to be redeemed in person at the Tour Departure's location. All pass orders are subject to a per order Handling charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee.  Orders received over the weekend or during a holiday will be processed the next business day.

Important: Your package will be delivered at the address indicated.  A signature will be required.  EUROQUEST dba MUSEUMPASS.COM  and it's affiliates , will not be held responsible for any packages lost once proof of delivery is provided by mail carrier.

Customer may select at their own choice and will that passes be sent EXPRESS.  For international delivery outside the U.S.A., including deliveries to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, you will have to select the Next Business day option.  SELECTING NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY FOR AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WILL NOT BE DELIVERED OVERNIGHT BUT WILL COVER THE COST FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

Depending on your purchase, the Original passes or Printed Electronic Vouchers must be presented for admission at each attraction.  All passes and Printed Electronic Vouchers are good for general admission during normal operating hours. EuroQuest LLC and it's affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards. The rule applies in the event of closure of participating locations for public holidays or unforseen events (strikes, etc.) .  Some blackout dates may occur. Consumers understands and agrees that the payments via Credit Card or the mailing of the form accompanied a check or money order shall be decreed a binding acceptance of EuroQuest LLC offer and that all sales are final.


Passes are non-refundable – non exchangeable.  Passes and products are not replaceable if lost or stolen. If the Pass Insurance was purchased at check out, then the following conditions will apply: All refunds or exchanges will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Handling, Shipping - Credit Card processing and overnight fees are not refundable,.  All International orders (currencies other than US$) will be refunded according to our policies and based on the US$ amount collected at the time of purchase.  EUROQUEST dba MUSEUMPASS.COM  and it's affiliates will not be responsible for the differences in exchange rate that may occur at the time of refund between the US$ and other foreign currencies. If you purchased our Insurance at the time of booking/purchase and would like to obtain your refund or exchange passes, please send via registered mail your EMAIL RECEIPT, a LETTER explaining the reason of your refund or exchange - your original unused- untouched and unmarked passes to the following address:
